This hoodie is a Must Have to support Emotional and Mental Health for everyone, but it also supports African American History.

This message has historical roots and is necessary for our present day mental wellness. Rooted back to a time that Black Americans needed to cope with the horrors of the awful treatment of slavery & racial oppression. The people of color would use the phrase "Sticks & stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." 

Though the words did hurt, the phrase became a tool of resilience and endurance.

In this modern era, we are still speaking mean and hateful words everywhere. No matter if by text or post, our mean words are hurtful and destructive. 

In honor of our black ancestors and neighbors, let's check our words and build a new narrative for a new generation.
